📢 Teachers/Administrators Meeting Hours

To ensure that teachers and administrators are able to support instruction and campus operations throughout the day, meetings with Teachers/Assistant Principals will take place during the designated times below:

🔹 6th Grade Teachers/Assistant Principals: 2:05 PM – 2:55 PM
🔹 7th Grade Teachers/Assistant Principals: 12:35 PM – 1:25 PM
🔹 8th Grade Teachers/Assistant Principals: 11:35 AM – 12:15 PM

If you need to speak with an Assistant Principal/Teacher outside of these hours, you are welcome to call the front office at any time during the day. A message will be taken and forwarded to the appropriate teacher/administrator, and they will return your call at their earliest convenience.

Para asegurar que los maestros y administradores puedan apoyar la instrucción y las operaciones de la escuela durante el día, las reuniones con los Subdirectores (Assistant Principals) se llevarán a cabo únicamente durante los siguientes horarios designados:

🔹 Subdirectores de 6.º grado: 2:05 PM – 2:55 PM
🔹 Subdirectores de 7.º grado: 12:35 PM – 1:25 PM
🔹 Subdirectores de 8.º grado: 11:35 AM – 12:15 PM

Si necesita comunicarse con un Subdirector fuera de estos horarios, puede llamar a la oficina principal en cualquier momento durante el día. Se tomará un mensaje y se entregará al administrador correspondiente, quien le devolverá la llamada a la mayor brevedad posible.
